2. Slot Booking Refunds
Slot booking amounts are refundable under the following conditions:
Investment Opportunity Cancellation
If the investment opportunity is canceled by Houseowls
Application Rejection
If your investment application is rejected during the verification process
Early Cancellation
If you cancel your slot booking within 48 hours of payment and before the investment opportunity closes
3. Investment Refunds
Once an investment is finalized and the property acquisition process has begun, refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in your investment agreement. Generally:
Post Cooling-Off Period
Investments cannot be refunded after the cooling-off period (typically 7 days from investment confirmation)
Early Exit
Early exit from investments may be possible subject to the terms specified in your investment agreement, which may include exit fees or minimum holding periods
